This project was designed to open a very traditional rather closed-in Main Line house to its beautiful grounds. A new garden room wraps around a new terrace, which creates a beautiful overlook to the South.

Broad steps connect to grade and beyond. All materials to match existing house. The large stone fireplace anchors the addition back to the main house.
